At Monkey Town Vlaardingen, the team opted for a smart combination of renovation and expansion:
existing play elements were thoroughly refurbished, while new attractions and additional play space were added. The result? A modern, fresh indoor playground that’s once again ready to provide years of fun—with greater capacity and a richer experience for different age groups.
In addition to the refresh, a conscious effort was made to increase play capacity. Both the mini zone and the funhouse were expanded, giving children of different ages even more space to explore, climb, and play.
One of the most striking new additions is the brand-new laser zone. This interactive attraction adds an extra dimension to the playground and offers children an active challenge centered on speed, agility, and fun.
The absolute highlight of the project is undoubtedly the new tube slide that winds around the new power tower. This spectacular addition makes clever use of the playground’s height and immediately
creates a visual statement upon entry. The combination of speed, height, and experience
makes this attraction a true crowd favorite.
